By downloading our desktop application or accessing the Prepzen website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use & Personal Responsibility

Prepzen is provided as an educational, preparation, and assistive technology tool. You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with applicable candidate agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and company interview policies.
• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the desktop software binary.
• You will not resell or distribute account access or AI credits to unauthorized third parties.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription tiers (e.g., Pro, Career Pass) renew on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Prepzen provides suggestions based on statistical language models. We do not guarantee specific interview outcomes, hiring decisions, or error-free algorithmic code generation.
